Blasting and excavation methods

This session is proposed to offer a forum for the discussion of blasting and excavation
methods which are used in the construction. The aim is to determine the use of the most
suitable application ways, so as the risk of failures to be reduced. The aim is to bring together
geologists working in the construction and geologists working in the research, for discussing
the use of these methods in the application of geotechnical actions. It will be a good
opportunity for geologist to combine the knowledge in practice and theoretical knowledge for
the better use.
